The project involved the construction of a new coldstore, chiller, dry goods and produce/ELA area within an existing building using various thicknesses of Kingspan coldstore wall and ceiling panel. In addition, a new single storey office block which extends inside the facility.
Three dock openings were formed for standard sized trucks with a fourth dock created with a dock leveller suitable for B-train trucks. The yard slab was re-formed using predominantly 200mm thick fibre reinforced concrete with selected areas of asphalt.
