Celebrating 15 years of Apollo Projects

This month Apollo Projects is celebrating its 15th anniversary! Over the past 15 years Apollo Projects has evolved and grown, but the core principle has stayed the same; a client’s trust is everything. Maybe that’s why we continue to work with our first ever client; Wairau River Wines. In 2001 Apollo was commissioned for the design and build of a 1,600m² winery with associated plant services in Marlborough. Fast forward to 2016 and Apollo will complete their ninth project with Wairau River Wines. This is common with many of our clients – but don’t take our word for it, see what our clients have to say.

The culture at Apollo revolves around fun. The fun we have working together is mirrored in the way we work with our clients, contractors and consultants to deliver the best possible solution. It is this approach of working closely with our project partners and challenging industry paradigms that stirred directors Paul Lloyd and Craig Waghorn to create Apollo Projects. From concept to completion our philosophy is to work with the client to develop fit for purpose solutions. The outcomes of these projects and the relationships formed along the way goes reflects the essence of our main objective; to have fun and build unique stories.

This project has been completed in about a third of the time it normally takes to design, plan and build a major police station. It’s been an outstanding effort from everyone involved. This is a very different environment from the premises we’ve occupied in the past. It’s modern, spacious and high-tech – and having so many of our staff on one site is encouraging us all to work more collaboratively.
