Team Apollo for the win!

The early morning training sessions on the Avon River paid off for the Apollo Projects Rowing team on Sunday September 30th, when they competed in the Canterbury PROSKIFF Indoor Sprint Championships.  Held at Christchurch Girls High School, teams of eight competed on Erg rowing machines, with each team member rowing 250 metres - 2 kms in total. 

Apollo Projects finished the competition with the overall fastest time, claiming the title of 2018 Proskiff winners.

The team will compete in the annual rowing regatta on the Avon River on Sunday October 14th.
