Project Details

Apollo Projects was engaged by Fonterra to deliver the design and construction of a new Redline Facility as part of the ongoing works at the Edendale Processing Plant.

The project involved the demolition of the existing redline building, the establishment of a temporary facility to ensure uninterrupted operations, and the full design and build of a new, fit-for-purpose structure.

In parallel, Apollo also managed the construction of an extension to the site’s Transport Services Workshop, delivering both projects within tight timeframes and under complex operational conditions.

Apollo led every aspect of delivery - from procurement and construction methodology to programme management, statutory consents, and on-site Health & Safety. Operating within Fonterra’s designated Ring Fence zone, our team maintained rigorous compliance with site-specific safety protocols, issuing all permits and coordinating works to ensure zero disruption to day-to-day plant operations.
