Project Details
This 7,500m² dry store design and build project was delivered as part of the new Waikato Freight Hub for tenant Open Country Dairy Ltd.
The building comprises of a main dry store, two environmental loading areas, general office and amenities, container yard with automated container loading pods and a staff car parking area. There is also a 300m² separate pallet store located to the northeast of the container yard.
